Deproduction Equipment Rental Rates
These rates apply to those individuals or organizations who do not hold DOM memberships, are using the equipment for paid/commercial projects and want to own creative rights to their projects. Commercial uses ARE permitted and Deproduction holds no claim to the resulting products. Producers retain exclusive copyright to their work.Rates are PER DAY unless listed by the hour (Rates are based on $10 fee plus 3-5% of the item's value/day)

All rentals must comply with the following terms:
1. All equipment must be inspected by the renter upon pick up and Deproduction Staff upon return.
2. 100% of the rental fee is due at the time of check out.
3. Billing is based on 24-hour periods and fines are assessed for all
equipment returned beyond the time it is due. The fines are billed at
10% of the commercial rental rate per hour. No one will be permitted to
rent additional equipment until any and all fines are paid. If
equipment is not returned within 24 hours of stated return time, a
theft report will be filed with the police.
4. Equipment picked on on Saturday will be considered a weekend rental and cannot be returned until Tuesday at 2pm. This is considered a 2-day rental and all fees will be assessed as such.
5. If the equipment I am renting exceeds $1500.00 in worth, a 50% damage deposit will be charged at the time of rental check-out. This deposit will be fully refunded upon return of all properly working equipment.
Editing Facility Usage: $20 per hour.
Web Hosting Rates: Deproduction offers discounted web hosting services to dozens of non-profit organizations, grassroots groups and independent artists. Including unlimited custom e-mail accounts and the domain name of your choice, hosting plans start at $50/year.
